Taking a Speedboat to Diving Paradise

After breakfast, we took a speedboat to the Gilis Diving Village, which cost us around $60 per person. On the speedboat, we enjoyed the beautiful sea view along the way and felt the refreshing sea breeze on our faces.

Upon arrival at the Gilis Diving Village, we checked into our pre-booked Scallywags Resort hotel, which cost around $80 per night. The hotel is located by the beach and is well-equipped, making it perfect for diving enthusiasts.

Beach Exploration and Delicious Seafood

In the afternoon, we sunbathed, swam, and snorkelled on the nearby beach. Underwater, we saw colourful coral reefs and tropical fish, experiencing the wonder and beauty of nature.

For dinner, we tried the Gilis Islands’ specialty seafood, recommended by local fishermen. We had a delicious dish of fresh fish sashimi, which left us with a lingering taste.

Today’s trip to the Gilis Diving Village has allowed us to experience the charm of the ocean and has filled us with anticipation for tomorrow’s diving course.
